Vermont Persecutes Gold Buyers & Other Government Seizures of Freedoms 3-4-13

Liberal government is all about taking your freedoms. Some of the latest invasions on individual rights are hitting coin dealers (or those who deal in precious metals) in Vermont as they are forcing all transactions over $1000 to take a photo of the customer, record the license plate number, and hold all precious metals for 30 days so they can track down any criminals before they are melted down. Coin dealers in the ultra-liberal state were already required to have a license if they were dealing more than $50,000 a year.

This bill was passed due to the increased number of precious metal thefts since the prices reached record numbers in the past few years. A lot of collectors and customers of precious metals believe, as I do, that gold & silver are a great hedge against Obama’s wavering economy. Once the dollar is worth next to nothing (and it’s getting there fast with the record spending) precious metals are going to be valued even more.  They are the universal currency and always have been, so it’s wise to get in while the getting’s good.

If you are a coin dealer or precious metal buyer in Vermont with a large number of sales, you will now have trouble with cash flow as the gold and silver must sit in your safe until the 30 day mark just in case someone might be selling stolen goods. This is a flagrant infringement on the rights of anyone not only buying gold and silver in that state, but also selling. You will be guilty in the eyes of the law until you are cleared after law enforcement goes through all of your information. You will most likely be put on some list as a suspect of sorts.

It always baffles me how so many liberals go as far as protesting in the streets when the government decides to invade their privacy and gets into your bedrooms and personal lives. Honestly, I feel the same way. The only difference is that I choose to vote for candidates who will honor my right to privacy (as much as you can hope for in this broken system). Voting Democrat is akin to giving your rights to any privacy away, as long as the lawmaker deems it valid.

Liberals used the Sarah Palin “Death Panel” remarks as a source of scorn, saying that she was just “ginning up” issues to strike fear into the hearts of “paranoid” voters. It’s funny to remember that, and so many other examples, when Obama and his disciples went on a massive fear campaign last month, saying the Sequester would cause such massive cuts that we would all be suffering. Disabled children kicked out into the streets, cancer patients denied treatments, Head Start programs ending across the country, and, of course, illegal alien criminals released from prison were just a few of the fear tactics the Democrats used to bully Republicans into striking a deal. Thankfully they didn’t give in. (It was a first for them.) But the fear tactics are something Obama is well versed in but the Main Stream Media only lets it slide when liberals use them.

However much the Democrats and their media lapdogs lashed out at Palin for the Death Panel comments, it really has proven to be a valid issue in countries with socialized medicine. Great Britain recently denied a drug that was proven to work to keep breast cancer at bay, saying it was too expensive. There are often waits of many months for people needed major surgeries. Many procedures that are proven to be effective are usually voted down by these “Death Panels” because it is no longer your decision whether or not to get a certain treatment. Now, you are the government’s property. It’s a lot easier to become a slave than it is to get free. That’s something that liberals would disagree on, but they shouldn’t complain when the government tells them how to act in their bedroom if they are so willing to give up all other rights.

Do We Deserve To Be Punished By Our President??

  I wanted to pick back up on my blog today. I have found I cannot restrain myself from reacting to the degradation of my country that has happened lately. I picked today because I am being punished. Actually, the citizens of Arizona, at least, are getting punished. I will get to that later in this rant.

Don’t get me wrong, I have also realized that I cannot stop any of this mess made by our King, I mean President, but maybe someone will choose to actually start thinking for themselves after reading the points I lay out. I really try to give fact based opinions. All anyone can really do is speculate as to what will happen in our future. We may have a meteor wipe us off the face of the earth tomorrow or we may die off in many millennia by death from a billion cuts. Until then we live on and maybe we should actually stand for something while we are still standing.

I often wonder if we are here as a sort of parasite attacking an inhabitable cell or are we the beginning of some divine purpose that will shape the universe forever. After seeing the reasons that a majority of Americans voted for a President with one of the worst track records in our history and who is right up there with the most corrupt, I tend to lean toward us being parasites. Perhaps there are just many parasites among us. They have no faith in the Constitution that a group of geniuses constructed in 1776, yet they have total and utter faith in Obama and his administration to run every single aspect of their lives.

We have an overwhelming majority of parasites in the US who have been bought off. There is nothing we can really do to stop this now. In fact, I guess we should be thankful that it took this long until someone finally figured out how to finally grab absolute power in this country. I guess it took the internet and almost total control of the media to get total power, but Obama has got it. Recently it has come to light that for $500,000 you can have access to the president. That is, unless you happen to think differently than him. 

Because dissent is the enemy of the absolute genius system he has constructed to spread his propaganda. He understands that he will NOT be held accountable for anything he does wrong because no news organization will report it except for Fox News and they easily discredit them by simply saying that everything they report is wrong. I’m sure you’ve heard repeated that Fox News is nothing but lies and right wing propaganda. The only problem with that argument is that there are no facts to back that up. Fox gives a voice to every opinion. Yes, they lean conservative in their commentary but they do NOT give only one side to the story whether it is opinion or hard news. If you look at MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and almost every major newspaper in the country, it is rare you hear an anti-Obama story reported, broken, or even acknowledged.

I have new facts to back up my statements on almost a daily basis. Today the big story, aside from the Obama administration selling off access to themselves for $500,000, is the so-called Sequester. Obama deemed the new meaning of the word to be automatic spending cuts of less than 2% across the board if a deal had not been reached on the debt ceiling and budgetary issues but March. Obama went on an actual tour, wasting our money, to bash the Republicans for allowing this Sequester to happen. Bob Woodward, who was instrumental in bringing down the Nixon administration, has been in a war of words with the Obama administration for a few days not because Obama actually created the Sequester, which he did, but because the cuts that he is trying to get through are only ones that people will feel pain from to punish the GOP. If this is true, and everyone can see it is, then that is an impeachable offense.

There are two problems with the punishing of the GOP by Obama. First, it is very hard to bring any kind of legal action against the Federal gov’t. Secondly, and most important, is that there will always be plausible deniability in an instance like this. Obama’s corrupt, Chicago-politics-style of ruling our country is always about punishment or favors and plausible deniability has ALWAYS been Obama’s best friend.

So today we are being punished. Obama is choosing to find the most costly programs to make cuts to, like letting criminal illegal immigrants out of jail in Arizona and doing god-knows-what to our defense budget. The poor children that he is kicking out of their Head Start programs have nothing to do with your pure hatred of conservatives.

Obama is punishing us and the craziest part is that he is flat out lying when he implies that the GOP made these microscopic cuts (we are still spending more than last year even with the cuts). Only a man who has the power of the press covering his ass would even attempt to pull this over on us.

It is beyond obvious he owns the press. But maybe we are parasites who deserve to be punished. After all, they say that we get the government we deserve. God save the King.
